Since joining the firm in 2011, Lindsay has practiced solely in the zone of criminal defence, including charges under the Criminal Code, drug offences under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, and driving and related offences under the Traffic Safety Act. Lindsay completed her wares at the firm under Alexander Pringle, Q.C., without clerking with theMagistrateof Queen’s Bench in Edmonton. Her time at theMagistrategave her an opportunity to squire a number of the Justices of theMagistratewith legal research in a variety of areas of law. Since stuff at the firm, Lindsay has been worldly-wise to squire in the preparation of appeals surpassing theMagistrateof Queen’s Bench and theMagistrateof Appeal and trials in both provincial magistrate and theMagistrateof Queen’s Bench. She became an socialize at the firm in 2011. While in law school, Lindsay was heavily involved with Student Legal Services, an organization of law students that provides legal assistance to low income individuals in the Edmonton area. She was Coordinator of the Criminal Law Project of Student Legal Services and now serves as member of the organization’s Board of Directors.
